Our own café in Kamakura, run by a small team. Class bookings, order rushes at the counter, and back-office work such as purchasing, attendance, and sales reconciliation all landed directly on the owner and staff.

Beyond the brand site: class booking with online payment, a single ordering platform combining in-store POS, mobile ordering, and a kitchen display, and back-office automation such as purchasing alerts, attendance checks, and POS-to-accounting reconciliation, all designed, built, and operated in-house.

• Purchasing alerts go beyond low stock: they factor in each supplier’s cut-off time and closed days to say when to order. What hurt on the ground was not the count but missing the order window.
• Reports run daily, weekly, and monthly, and only notify when something needs attention. Tools you have to go and check stop being used in a busy shop.
