By utilizing the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Workforce Development Subsidy," significant reductions in e-Learning training costs are possible. We prepare the training-side documents needed for the application (training plans, curricula, LMS attendance logs) and can introduce a partner labor consultant as needed — filing itself is the exclusive work of licensed labor consultants, so we do not file on your behalf.

* Rates, amounts, and applicable tracks vary and approval is not guaranteed. A training plan must be filed at least one month before training starts. The Reskilling for Business Transformation track is scheduled to end in March 2027. Also, from August 3, 2026, generic training limited to concepts or literacy no longer qualifies, and e-learning is subsidized only once per worker per fiscal year (figures as of August 2026).
