A free career-support program for mothers, where LINE is the main touchpoint. Interview scheduling, learning content, homework collection, and participant tracking were spread across separate tools and manual work, so operating load grew with every new participant.

Requirements, design, implementation, and operations end to end. Built as a LINE mini app (LIFF): booking, learning content, homework, and assessments for participants, plus an admin console for participant and interview management.

Validated with a small PoC before moving to production. The same team continues adding features and operating the service after launch.

• Interview booking talks to the Google Calendar API directly instead of a scheduling SaaS: free slots come from the staff calendar and a meeting URL is issued on confirmation, adding no monthly running cost.
• Split responsibilities with the existing LINE broadcast tool: the app only sends booking confirmations, cancellations, homework completions, and reminders, leaving the operator’s familiar broadcast flow intact.
• Reminders the day before and shortly before interviews, plus follow-ups to participants who have stalled, run on a schedule so staff do not have to chase people one by one.

In production. The same team keeps improving the app based on requests that surface in operation.
